MenB component alone administration of Penmenvy; MenB component alone administration of Penmenvy; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) for prophylaxis. On 12-MAR-2026, the patient received Penmenvy. On 12-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: MenB component alone administration of Penmenvy) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: MenB component alone administration of Penmenvy). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
