3rd dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 68-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) (batch number 4A4BM, expiry date 18-MAR-2027) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose received on 27-JUN-2021) and Shingrix (second dose received on 01-SEP-2021). On 13-MAR-2026, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingles vaccine. On 13-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: 3rd dose administered). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 13-MAR-2026 The reporter mentioned that the patient was administered with 3rd dose as it was missed or the administer did not look, whereas the patient was already given with 2 doses in 2021.
