Symptom narrative

Pt's son came by to tell that his dad had some allergic reaction to the shot he got on Mar 18, 2026. He got 2 shots Capvaxive on top left arm deltoid and Arexvy on bottom left arm deltoid. It was itchy and was red in color at the site of injection. He contacted dr and they told him to get to the pharmacy and buy some benadryl. So the son came to get that. I also recommended him to get some caladryl lotion to apply topically to soothe the area which he also bought
