Symptom narrative

Horrible Allergic reaction caused for hospitalization. Swollen eyes & face, hives, dehydrations, unable to keep food down (vomiting), dry heaving, diarrhea, migraine, fever, lost weight, symptoms last 2 weeks. missed school (finals prep & finals) missed work. Set back my whole health recover was brutal

tylenol,ibprohen, hospital gave me steriod shot in my arm & benadryl, hospital prescribed me Ondansetron (ZOFRAN ODT)

stated to clinic before vaccines my allergies and emphasized EGG allergy and the reason I would not be getting flu shot because I'm allergic to the flu shot. Allergy Test at Allergy Centers January 19, 2022. Upcoming allergy Test March27, 2026 at Medical center
