Symptom narrative

Rabies non bite exposure 03/17/26. Imovax dose #1 administered in wrong site at left gluteal on 03/20/26. Manufacturer recommends NEVER using gluteal IM. Rabies Immune Globulin was injected IM at 3 sites, one of which was right gluteal on 03/20/26. Imovax dose #2 was given IM in right deltoid 03/23/26. Patient had to get her own medical records regarding administration sites because doctor and staff "did not know". Due for dose #3 on 03/27/26.
