Symptom narrative

Missed Dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via patient support programs and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included chickenpox (The patient did not know could get shingles as the patient had chicken pox as a child.) and shingles (3 years ago). Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on an unknown date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Missed Dose). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 12-MAR-2026 The patient self-reported this case. The reporter mentioned that the patient received first dose of Shingrix post clearing up of shingles but failed to go get the second dose. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
