rash; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of RASH (rash) in a 75-year-old female patient who received SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. On an unknown date, the patient received first dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, received second dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (Intramuscular use) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced RASH (rash). At the time of the report, RASH (rash) had resolved. Concomitant medication was not reported. It was reported that patient received vaccine usually in every fall but not sure of exact date. Patient got a rash after her second dose and thought might also had a rash after the first dose but was not 100 percent sure. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events. Treatment medication was not reported.
