Patient was administered the Kinrix vaccines in her left deltoid at her well visit on 3/06/26. Patient started to have redness and warmth and reported it to the pediatrician's office. Pediatric RN triaged patient and recommended patient be seen. Patient was seen by provider and was treated for cellulitis.
