Symptom narrative

Patient experienced redness, swelling and tenderness on her left thigh. Redness and swelling expanded over the course of two days from receiving the immunization. Mother of patient brought patient into urgent care. Patient was treated with Cefadroxil 285mg every 12 hours for 5 days.
