Symptom narrative

Right arm erythema - Reports redness at the injection site that has moved down the arm. It appeared to improve but then started to grow again this morning. - Experienced full body shivers and significant fatigue on the day of the vaccine (Friday). - Describes a sensation of aching, but denies significant pain. Denies other symptoms. Examination reveals warmth and erythema on the arm.
