Symptom narrative

The morning after receiving Hep #3 started with a fever and intermittent vomiting. On 3/23/26 is fever free and having diarrhea and a body rash. Per doctor evaluation symptoms are consistent with likely viral illness however, parents request VAERS report given proximity to vaccine.
