Multiple medical issues/body is more like 95 years; Damaged vocal cords; Going to lose voice/cannot speak/losing voice talking; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of GENERAL PHYSICAL HEALTH DETERIORATION (Multiple medical issues/body is more like 95 years), VOCAL CORD DISORDER (Damaged vocal cords) and DYSPHONIA (Going to lose voice/cannot speak/losing voice talking) in an adult female patient who received mRNA-1273.712 (SPIKEVAX 2024-2025 PFS) (batch no. 3043823) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The suspect product included Pre-filled Syringe injection (batch no. 3043823) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included Lung disease, Hypothyroidism (Pretty out of the box type. Not a norm), Diabetes (out of compliance) and Blood pressure high. On 25-Sep-2024, the patient received eighth dose of mRNA-1273.712 (SPIKEVAX 2024-2025 PFS) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 24-Mar-2025, received ninth dose of mRNA-1273.712 (SPIKEVAX 2024-2025 PFS) (unknown route) dosage was changed to .5 milliliter. On an unknown date, the patient started Pre-filled Syringe (unknown route) at an unspecified dose. On an unknown date, the patient experienced GENERAL PHYSICAL HEALTH DETERIORATION (Multiple medical issues/body is more like 95 years), VOCAL CORD DISORDER (Damaged vocal cords) and DYSPHONIA (Going to lose voice/cannot speak/losing voice talking). At the time of the report, GENERAL PHYSICAL HEALTH DETERIORATION (Multiple medical issues/body is more like 95 years), VOCAL CORD DISORDER (Damaged vocal cords) and DYSPHONIA (Going to lose voice/cannot speak/losing voice talking) had not resolved. The patient had existing medical conditions before, she got the shot early on because of these conditions. The patient took unspecified medications for diabetes, high blood pressure and got very unusual medicine for hypothyroidism. The patient was not taking any medication for diabetes at this time because had another underlying condition hypothyroidism, which was interfering and was being exacerbated by the medication. It was reported that, patient had received a total of 10 COVID-19 vaccines. The previous doses were reported as dose 1, dose 2, and dose 3 of the Moderna COVID 19 Vaccine, administered on 11-Mar-2021, 08-Apr-2021, and 24-Aug-2021, with batch/lot numbers 038A21A, 032B21A, and 002F21A, respectively. Dose 4 (Spikevax) was administered on 22-Mar-2022, with batch/lot number 048L21A. Dose 5 and Dose 6 (Moderna COVID 19 Vaccine, Bivalent [Original and Omicron BA.4/BA.5]) were administered on 28-Sep-2022 and 05-May-2023, with batch/lot numbers AS7148B and 069422A, respectively. Dose 7 (SPIKEVAX 20232024 PFS) was administered on 19-Sep-2023, with batch/lot number 3030342. Patient was interested in receiving mNEXSPIKE vaccine. She needed to know where she could go to get the Moderna shot by 01-Apr-2026. As she had already used the vaccine locator tool on website, she could not locate anyone with active ingredient because it was expired. It was stated that she was trying to find out a validation from Moderna where they were shipping products to in the (withheld). The patient had multiple medical issues and received them very early on, even though she was not 65 at the time, her body was more like 95. But her very first shot was Moderna, and she stayed with Moderna all the way through until September of last year 2025. The patient put her glasses on for looked up her vaccine records. It was added that she had been taking it Covid vaccine religiously every 6 months since she got it. One year she thought she had three reasons for not sure and had damaged vocal cords. She was going to lose voice. She could not speak, losing her voice talking, and was trying to calm down because it took a lot of effort to get her vocal cords out.
