Symptom narrative

Patient reports getting pneumonia vaccine at doctor office in February 2025, unsure which specific vaccine/date. The next day patient was not able to turn her head, had a very stiff neck that she was unable to move at all for a week. Consulted provider about this and was prescribed medication to help manage the pain. Range of motion gradually came back over the course of several months but feels like it may not be completely resolved.
