Symptom narrative

Vaccine was administered at 10:45am yesterday 3/24/26. Pt reported arm soreness within 2 hours. Symptoms worsened after about 8 hours with throbbing pain and inability to raise arm laterally without sharp pain. Pt took acetaminophen at this time, which caused throbbing to subside. Pt reported adverse event to pharmacy staff at 3:30pm today 3/25/26. At this time, symptoms have improved but still experiences sharp pain in her shoulder when trying to raise her arm. She stated that if her symptoms are still present by Thursday 3/26/26, she will go to an urgent care to have her shoulder checked. She was advised to inform pharmacy staff of any updates or results.
