Symptom narrative

Patient developed rash around injection site. Also developed rash on the leg which patient states was sensitive to the touch. 1 week post injection patient reports that rash is less sensitive to the touch and improving. Patient stated that she spoke with her provider who was supposed to prescribe a topical treatment. It is unknown if patient received treatment.
