Symptom narrative

Severe pain and extremely limited mobility that started same day as injection and lasted about a month. Eventually started getting better on its own. Currently, almost 6 months later, still having issues fully moving my arm in some positions. Can't fully move arm in certain positions due to pain/ feeling physically can't move it to the position.
