Symptom narrative

Patient had a large, raised, red circle about the diameter of a softball around the injection site on his left arm. He also stated it was hot to the touch and that he had a fever as high as 102 over the past few days that had responded to fever-reducing medications. Referred patient to urgent care, but they were not seen. They will monitor for another couple days and seek medical attention if fever returns, reaction gets worse, or has not cleared up in another couple days.
