Symptom narrative

Suffered from chronic urticaria since 2019. Symptoms: itchy skin, red skin when rubbed or brushed against by fabric. Raised skin when scratched. Hive bumps. Saw an Allergist and prescribed Allegra 180mgs daily or multi-daily. Had the Tdap vaccine on May 31, 2019. At that time, I was taking Claritin for seasonal allergies. I did not experience the full symptoms until the Fall of 2019 once I stopped Claritin. Started to see an allergist. Symptoms lessened in Nov of 2026. Stopped taking Allegra from Nov 2026 to present. Still get redness occasionally.

Medical history

Suffered from chronic urticaria. Continued with an antihistamine until Nov 2026. Took Claritin for seasonal allergies in 2019--and did not feel the symptoms of my chronic urticaria until I stopped taking Claritin in the Fall of 2019. Saw an allergist from 2019-present. Mostly took a daily/sometimes multi-daily Allegra 180mg at the advice of my allergist.
