Symptom narrative

3/10- vaccine administered. on 3/13 he noticed a lump and then an ulceration. Irritation, and size grew progressively to the point on 3/20 and 3/21 he was unable to sleep due to pain. He felt systemic symptoms of fatigue and nausea at this time as well and went to Urgent care on 3/22/26. At this visit, an abscess was drained and he was started on doxycycline and Prednisone. Pt followed up at PCP office on 3/25/26, at which time we are submitting this report. Abscess is not currently resolved.
