PCV 21 given on left arm in correct place. at 2:00 pm I had severe are pain, difficulty moving my arm past my shoulder height - decreased ROM, and external swelling and it has lasted until today which is 3/25/26 I have taken OTC NSAIDS for pain and applied ice packs to this site.
