Symptom narrative

Patient called and stated that she experienced pain at injection site as the shot was given along with side effects. Patient stated that side effects included fever, muscle pain, headache, and fatigue. Patient stated that she rarely experiences any side effects with any vaccination. So, this was very different and very unexpected for her.
