Have received Adacel vaccine over 6 times since 2009 and other DT, DTap, DTP, TDVax since childhood 1990: pregnant 32 weeks, severe headache, body aches, swelling and redness at site right bicep, swelling and redness distal to site at right elbow ( wheal) swelling and redness right leg quad (wheal), severe fatigue

Current illness

Common cold, vaginal yeast infection

Lupus, APS, 32 weeks pregnant;

Other medications

Medication: plaquenil, Lovenox, aspirin, sertraline, rabeprazole, nortriptyline, iron, magnesium, folic acid, prenatal pill

Allergies

Doxycycline, Miconazole. Lactose intolerance,
