Administration of an expired dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 59-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (expiry date DEC-2025) for prophylaxis. On 17-MAR-2026, the patient received Arexvy. On 17-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Administration of an expired dose). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:18-MAR-2026 The reporter stated that they had the dose on hand for the patient, but the patient had not come to the clinic to receive it. After administering the dose, the nurse realized it was expired. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
