On 25-Mar-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On 21-Apr-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 14-Jan-2022, received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. In March 2021, the patient experienced PYREXIA (fever). The patient got the Moderna vaccine originally back when it first came out and had symptoms since then. It happened literally within seconds of her taking the vaccine and probably it wasn't seconds, it was probably like a minute or two and had the same problem and was dealing with the same thing on the reporting day. It started on the first dose of vaccination injected in arm. Immediately when she sat down and it was like within minutes, she had the worst pain in right leg. The pain started in the right of calf in front and then felt it like going up leg. It started going up head through body, and then it went up to head. Patient had headache for 6 months, a fever for 4 months, the pain in leg to the reporting day. Patient's right leg was swollen and whole right-side swelled up. When her right leg was very swollen, her right arm was swollen and it was always swollen, but by the evening time because she was on it, it was even more so, it's swollen right now, then it's warm to touch, then at a times, it was getting red some, was getting discolored, adding was getting pinkish. Sometimes mild coloration like mild blue, but it was mostly like a reddish color. The patient never had anything happen prior to that, never in her life. The patient wanted to get better. This was painful. The patient was normally a very active person, and this was affecting her life now and she frustrated. The patient visited vein specialist. The patient gone to various specialist. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms or events. No treatment information was provided.
