low prevalence of measles seroprotection despite evidence of at least 2 childhood MMR vaccinations; This Literature (Spontaneous) report has been received from the authors of a published article and referred to an adult patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's concurrent condition included non-perinatally-acquired HIV (NPHIV). The patient's past and concomitant medications were not reported. On unknown dates, the patient were vaccinated with measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live (MMR) powder and solvent for solution for injection, reconstituted in sterile diluent (Dose, dose number, route, anatomical location, Lot # and Expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis The patient had no measles seroprotection despite evidence of at least 2 childhood MMR vaccinations (Vaccination failure) as shown on measles serology shown on quantitative IgG on an unknown date.
