No adverse events experienced but received the wrong vaccine. I am 71 yr old had varicella at age 10yr with positive titers as I am a retired physician and was given varicella instead of shingles vaccine at primary care office 11/21/2025. Found out after I received a bill for varicella vaccine that the wrong vaccine was given.
