Symptom narrative

3/12 Covid vaccine was ordered along with influenza vaccine to be given. Duplicate Covid vaccines were given in error. MD was notified & spoke to parents. Patient to monitor for now. 3/13 - RN called parent. Pt experiencing minimal side effects - fever, less energy - typical for normal vaccine administration. 3/16 - MD called parents. Fever resolved, attitude better. Still poor sleep. RN and MD both made several attempts to reach parents 3-16-26 through 3-24-26 with no return call from parents.
