Symptom narrative

ithin about 30 minutes after she received the pneumococcal vaccine she had a rapid HR, and felt lightheaded; this lasted about an hr. Later that same evening patient states that her chest, neck and shoulder were hurting. The day after she woke up and the left side of her face was hurting; she reports feeling like she had a bad toothache. The pain traveled up to her left eye and the left side of her head. The day after this she woke up and her left cheek was all red all day long. Today the majority of these sxs have resolved, except for the shoulder and neck discomfort/ stiffness

Medical history

Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, sinus tachycardia, iron defiance, asymptomatic coronary heart disease, hypothyroidism, essential hyper tension, hyperlipidemia
