stated that after leaving the pharmacy, when it was dark outside, they "looked up at the moon and it had a circle around it," and later noticed the same circles around streetlights and car light; Initial information received on 05-Mar-2026 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a non-healthcare professional. This case involve a 77 yearls old female patient who looked up at the moon and it had a circle around it, "and later noticed the same circles around "streetlights" and "car lights" on the way home after receiving Influenza Usp Trival A-B High Dose Subvirion Vaccine [Fluzone HD] The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s), and family history were not provided. On 01-Mar-2026, the patient received 0.5ml dose (once) of Influenza Usp Trival A-B High Dose Subvirion Vaccine Suspension for injection (strength: high dose), batch number and expiry date not reported, via unknown route in unknown administration site for immunization. Information regarding batch number corresponding to the one at time of event occurrence is requested. After leaving the pharmacy on 01-Mar-2026, when it was dark outside, the patient looked up at the moon and it had a circle around it and later noticed the same circles around streetlights and car lights on the way home [Visual impairment] (Latency Same day). The patient reported seeing these circles at night since the vaccination and described the circles as "like a circle, like a darker faded red with a blue on the inside, going around lights at night and not spotty."
