Symptom narrative

Patient was given Fluzone 0.5ml PFS early - at the age of 1 month instead of at 6 mt of age. Brought to our attention by the Pediatrician. No adverse reactions noted or reported. Pharmaceutical Manufacturer called - advised no additional side effects besides prescribing information adverse effects. Patient may be vaccinated for Flu next season per usual schedule. Patient's pedicatrican called and notified of manufacturer's recommendations. Left VM for patient's family contact.
