Expired dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 9-year-old male patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number J947T, expiry date 30-MAY-2021) for prophylaxis. On 29-JUN-2021, the patient received Infanrix. On 29-JUN-2021, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 18-MAR-2026 The patient past vaccines and it was specifically for the Infanrix, the tdap, he/she had somebody that no longer worked in our office and he/she thought that they documented the expiration date wrong on a specific lot number and asked if he/she kept records of lot numbers and expiration dates.
