Patient received Boostrix, Menveo and HPV after their well check. After HPV was given at 12:52PM patient experienced a vasovagal response but did not fall. Caregiver was able to make sure patient was safe on exam table and had her lay down. Patient felt clammy and lightheaded. Patient was given juice and crackers and was monitored for 20 minutes. Afterwards, patient stated they felt better and was discharged from clinic.
