Symptom narrative

At 11:34AM, patient received three vaccines: Gardasil 9, Menveo and Boostrix. AT 11:36AM, the parent came out of the room asking for help. Mom explained that patient experienced a vasovagal response but did not fall. Patient told to lay down immediately and was given juice and crackers. Patient reassessed by Dr. and was monitored for another 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes, patient said they felt better and was discharged from the clinic.
