Symptom narrative

Erythema multiforme minor started 24 hrs after the vaccines, generalized primarily to extremities and trunk, minimal involvement of face. Infant otherwise well without symptoms, Lesions were not urticarial, gradually developed sl violaceous centers and faded over 2 weeks.
