Symptom narrative

If it's been more than 6 mos since my first Shingrix shot; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (patient had received more than 6 months). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: If it's been more than 6 mos since my first Shingrix shot). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 20-MAR-2026 This case was received from the patient via interactive digital media. The patient asked that he/she need to start over or just get the second shot. The batch number was not provided, and unable to contact the reporter.
