Symptom narrative

received the 2nd dose of Shingrix 9 months after the 1st dose; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 60-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number X4535, expiry date 19-JUN-2026) and (batch number K4M4J, expiry date 12-DEC-2026) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose of vaccine on 15-APR-2025). On 22-JAN-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 22-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: received the 2nd dose of Shingrix 9 months after the 1st dose). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
