interval between doses were long; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on an unknown date a year and half prior to second dose). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: interval between doses were long). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 20-MAR-2026 The patient stated that he had received his second dose of Shingrix in 2025. He had received his first dose a year and a half prior to his second dose. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.
