multiple medical issues /body was more like 95 years; Patient had damaged vocal cords and going to lose voice; Going to lose voice/cannot speak/losing voice talking; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of GENERAL PHYSICAL HEALTH DETERIORATION (multiple medical issues /body was more like 95 years), VOCAL CORD DISORDER (Patient had damaged vocal cords and going to lose voice) and DYSPHONIA (Going to lose voice/cannot speak/losing voice talking) in an adult female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch nos. 038A21A, 032B21A, 002F21A and 04821) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. Concurrent medical conditions included Lung disease, Diabetes, Blood pressure high and Hypothyroidism. On 11-Mar-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) .5 milliliter. On 08-Apr-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to .5 milliliter. On 24-Aug-2021, received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to .5 milliliter. On 22-Mar-2022, received fourth dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to .5 milliliter. On an unknown date, the patient experienced GENERAL PHYSICAL HEALTH DETERIORATION (multiple medical issues /body was more like 95 years), VOCAL CORD DISORDER (Patient had damaged vocal cords and going to lose voice) and DYSPHONIA (Going to lose voice/cannot speak/losing voice talking). At the time of the report, GENERAL PHYSICAL HEALTH DETERIORATION (multiple medical issues /body was more like 95 years), VOCAL CORD DISORDER (Patient had damaged vocal cords and going to lose voice) and DYSPHONIA (Going to lose voice/cannot speak/losing voice talking) had not resolved. Patient had existing medical conditions before, she got the shot early on because of these conditions. Patient took unspecified medications for diabetes, high blood pressure and got very unusual medicine for hypothyroidism. Patient was not taking any medication for diabetes at this time because had another underlying condition that was interfering and was being exacerbated by the medication called hypothyroidism.
