Symptom narrative

Patient received first dose of Shingrix. She lost consciousness briefly and vomited while waiting 15 minutes in front of pharmacy. 911 and her husband was called. She was conscious and able to communicate with pharmacist. BP 122/84 Pulse was 88 while waiting for EMTs. No epinephrine was administered. Husband indicated she had history of seizure, but long ago. She was encouraged to go to the hospital with the EMTs and went.
