Symptom narrative

Within 3 minutes of the injection the patient started itching, her arm swelled, was very warm to the touch, and was red. Benadryl 25mg PO liquid was given. Patient was monitored for 25 minutes. Called patient at her home approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes later. She was doing well, albeit a little tired from the Benadrl.
