Symptom narrative

Patient received third dose of Prevnar 20 too early. Patient received dose 1 at 1 month, dose 2 at 7 months, and dose 3 at 8 months. Regular schedule is 2, 4, 6, 12-15 months. Patient was behind on these vaccines and should have received that third dose 2 months after the second dose, but received it 5 weeks after the second dose.
