REDNESS,SWELLING AND WARMTH AT SITE THAT WAS NOTICED 24-26 HOURS AFTER THE IMMUNIZATION WAS GIVEN. FEVER OF 103.7 NOTED ON 03/27/2026 AND PATIENT COMPLAINING OF LEFT EAR PAIN.REDNESS AND SWELLING CONTINUING TO SPREAD OVER THE NEXT DAY AND WAS SEEN IN THE OFFICE ON 03/27/2026 AT 4:00PM. STREP, COVID, AND FLU TESTS WERE RUN WITH NO POSITIVE RESULTS. THROAT CULTURE WILL BE PREFORMED. MOM TO CONTINUE TO MONITOR AND GIVE TYMENOL / MOTRIN.
