A female patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious), outcome "recovered", described as "injection site pain that lasted about 7 days". Additional information: The physician reported that day who used the Prevnar 20 vaccine, and he had two separate occasions with two different patients who experienced side effects. On one patient, known to be female (patient gender was captured as female in tab), and that was all that was known about the patient, she experienced some injection site pain that lasted about 7 days. Causality for both patients: reported as, Thought he did. Yes. The patient received vaccine on the right side. The patient received other vaccines within 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the first administration of Prevnar 20.
