Symptom narrative

Redness around injection site; swelling around injection site; itching around injection site; extreme fatigue; body aches 2 days post injection; This is a spontaneous report received from a Nurse. A 62-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 20Mar2026 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: MK8118) for immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (non-serious) with onset Mar2026, 4 days after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "recovering", described as "Redness around injection site"; PAIN (non-serious) with onset Mar2026, 2 days after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "recovering", described as "body aches 2 days post injection"; FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset Mar2026, 2 days after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "recovering", described as "extreme fatigue"; VACCINATION SITE PRURITUS (non-serious) with onset Mar2026, 4 days after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "recovering", described as "itching around injection site"; VACCINATION SITE SWELLING (non-serious) with onset Mar2026, 4 days after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "recovering", described as "swelling around injection site". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of vaccination site erythema, vaccination site swelling, vaccination site pruritus, fatigue, pain. Additional information: Redness, swelling and itching around injection site and below which started 4 days after injection. Patient also experience extreme fatigue and body aches 2 days post injection. Allergies were none. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks PRIOR to the vaccine(s) for which you are reporting. The patient was not taken any other medications within 2 weeks of the event starting.
