gout; This is a spontaneous report received from an Other HCP from a sales representative. An elderly male patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown). The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: GOUT (non-serious), 24 hrs after the suspect product(s) administration, outcome "unknown". It was unknown if therapeutic measures were taken as a result of gout. Additional information: The patient did not receive any other vaccines on the same date as the suspect vaccine. The provider stated that the patient reported of gout 24 hours after taking the vaccine. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
