Symptom narrative

Patient was given Mnexspike after the storage expiration date. The item was thawed from freezer temperatures on 11/11/25, to be used within 90 days, on or before 2/11/26. The item was not removed from the vaccine fridge and was administered on 3/16/26. The patient denies any adverse effects. Per Moderna, no adverse effects are expected, but if outside the storage, efficacy may be decreased. CDC interim recommendations state to revaccinate at soonest available time. The patient was notified and will come to get revaccinated next week.
