Symptom narrative

Tightness in chest with wheezing starting within two hours of vaccine. Continued to get worse and went to urgent care on Tuesday morning with moderate wheezing and sob. Steroids and inhalers. When prednisone wore off wheezing and sob came back and back in the ER Saturday.

Current illness

None. Was running 2-3 miles per day - 3x per week prior to vaccination. Healthy and well

Medical history

Asthma. PHN from shingles outbreak in 2023

Other medications

Estrogen. 100 mg gabapentin QD for PHN. Alprazolam for flying

Allergies

Penicillin. Cephalosporin.aspirin sensitive

Lab data

Urgent care 72 hours after. ER did CT and bloodwork
