Symptom narrative

Syncope within 5 minutes of vaccination. No warning signs. Patient was standing after receiving vaccination while waiting for mother to finish and fainted over father's lap. Patient was lowered to the floor and regained consciousness within less than 30 seconds. Patient was unaware of what had happened and did not feel any symptoms or know of any triggers. Patient remained in the store for 15 minutes and fully recovered, no injuries.
