About 1 week after vaccination pt said she had itchy arm, shingles breakout and that has cleared up but pt is still having soreness and hot to touch at injection site. Now months later she went to dermatologist and they were concerned that there may be necrotic tissue. She is following up with an immunologist to determine if the cause was due to a rare reaction from shingles vaccine
