Symptom narrative

Right after receiving these injections, the injection pain was much worse than normal. Within a couple of weeks, movement of my left arm became increasingly difficult and painful. I visited my primary care doctor on Dec 29th, who then referred me to a shoulder surgeon, who I saw on Jan 7th. I had an MRI on Jan 22. Surgery on Feb 27th.
